Are your Christmas decorations suitable for outdoor use?

Many of our Christmas decorations are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Please check individual product descriptions for specific usage recommendations to ensure your decorations look fabulous and last throughout the season.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to bring celebrations to your doorstep! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide two convenient shipping options:
– Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch. Perfect when you need your decorations with a bit more urgency!
– Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch. Ideal for planning ahead or bulk orders.

How long does order processing take?

All orders begin their journey from our Canberra headquarters. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. During peak seasons like Christmas, processing times may extend slightly as we carefully prepare your decorations for their journey.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking information to your email address so you can follow your celebration supplies every step of the way until they reach your door.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely thrilled with your decorations. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

What condition do items need to be in for returns?

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on opened confetti, balloons, or other disposable items for health and safety reasons.
